Who can live here?
Our community is designed with students in mind. We lease to individuals enrolled in college or university, but you don’t need to attend a specific school to live here.

Do I need a roommate to sign a lease?
Nope! You can sign an individual lease for a private bedroom. If you don’t have roommates in mind, we offer roommate matching based on lifestyle preferences.
Is the apartment furnished?
Yes! Most of our units come fully furnished with everything you need to feel at home, including bedroom furniture, living room seating, and a dining area setup.
Are pets allowed?

Do you host resident events?
Absolutely! We host events throughout the year—from study sessions and giveaways to game nights and social mixers—to help you meet neighbors and make the most of your time here.
How do I apply?
Applying is easy! You can start the application process online or visit our leasing office to speak with a team member. Be prepared with a valid ID, proof of enrollment, and a guarantor if needed.
